LIVIO ARZANI

President - Pedemonte Group

Livio’s career starts as an accountant and in 1982 he turned to the entrepreneurial world by founding the company Orobel, focused on producing jewellery for the national market and with strong local roots. He is one of the first entrepreneurs to expand into the French market, in the 1980s Livio launches Orobel to the international market, specializing in a jewellery product that meets Place Vendome’s requirements, both in terms of quality and quantity. In 2000 Livio leads Orobel towards a further transformation: he founds Villa Pedemonte Atelier, accomplishing an ambitious company project both from a production and an architectural point of view. The company continues to grow under the guidance of Livio, now president of the Pedemonte Group, and today boasts partnerships with the most prestigious French-Swiss luxury maisons.

GIAN ANDREA GARRONE

CEO – Pedemonte Group

Dynamic and flexible manager with over twenty years’ of experience in managing companies in the functions of Managing Director and Chief Financial Operations both within multinational groups and in more familiar companies, through different industries: Luxury, pharmaceutical and mechanical industry. Along his career, develops the ability to create and manage organizational structures and gains solid experience in leading high performance teams with coordination and direct control of the commercial, production, administrative, financial, purchasing and personnel department. Currently CEO of the Pedemonte Group, that includes Vendorafa Lombardi and VPA, sees the training and management of human resources as a priority. Educated at the Bocconi Unversity of Milan, has specialized in General Management.

AUGUSTO UNGARELLI

Presidente – Lombardi Vendorafa

Current President of Lombardi Vendorafa, has dedicated his career to the growth, development and evolution of Lombardi Vendorafa. His dedication and avant-garde view of the jewellery industry has made possible for Lombardi Vendorafa to expand his international markets, and to work with prestigious international maisons. Graduated as an architect, has always tried to strengthen the link between jewellery design and architecture. Former president of the Club degli Orafi Italia, has always been very committed to the relevance of local communities for the development of the jewellery industry. He is infact a very active member of the Fondazione Mani Intelligenti, that invests in the training and education of local artisans to secure a perpetual growth and evolution of the local jewellery industry.

LUCIA ARIOTTI

CEO – THEA

With a Master's degree in Environmental Sciences, Lucia had different plans than enter the jewellery industry.
She moved to Paris in 2002 and started working for VPA in 2005, following the development of all new projects for the company's clients.
While at VPA, she became passionate about the world of jewellery and acquired strong technical and commercial skills, as well as the ability to coordinate the different teams involved in the product development process. In 2006 Lucia participates in the creation of THEA, of which she currently is a minority manager. Under Lucia’s guidance, Thea becomes ‘commissionaire en garantie’ and VPA's operational base in Paris. In 2019, Lucia brings THEA to grow further and adds to its services a workshop for the production of ‘haute joiaillerie’, which employs 6 people to date.
In March 2020, Lucia joins the prestigious ESSEC Business School in Paris, for a training course in Management and Organisational Management (Diplôme en management visé Bac+5 par le ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche, enregistré Niveau 7 au RNCP).

ANGELO FACCHINETTI

Partner – Equinox

Angelo is Partner at Equinox SA, joined in 2015. He has spent his career in private equity, finance and strategy consultancy. Angelo has served as CEO and on the board member of many Italian companies, covering industries including automotive components, steel manufacturing, marketing services, alternative investment funds, real estate and retail. Prior to joining Equinox, Angelo served as executive manager in two Italian financial institutions with investments in all asset classes: as General Manager at HOPA and as Chief Investment Director at the Mittel Group (listed on the Italian Stock Exchange). Through these roles, Angelo served as CEO for various subsidiaries and affiliates with a strong emphasis on managing reorganization processes. Furthermore, he managed the reorganization of Fashion District Group, the second retail outlet chain in Italy at the time, sold by Mittel to Blackstone in 2014. Angelo holds a Master Degree in Economics from the Università degli Studi di Brescia, a certification in Advanced Strategic Management from IMD and an Executive MBA from the Università della Svizzera Italiana.
